Thanks for the intel @Engelo Rumora  I like your style.

Thanks also @Jordan Sinclair

Hi all, I'm looking for some thoughts on the Toledo market for a buy and hold strategy and if the university area is worth investing in with demand for rentals. I am interested in other university areas if you have thoughts. Thanks in advance, Jeff

Thanks for the intel Chris. I have been looking into the same market, and you have inspired me to get in gear and move. : )

Hi all, I've been researching for a few months on the best niche and area for me. I've concluded that a passive cashflow strategy is best for me as I have a time-demanding career that I need to plan a way out of. I am interested in Little Rock AR as it is in a landlord friendly state. Have you got any suggestions on solid turnkey providers in that area and if that area is still a viable option for an out of state investor? Thanks in advance, Jeff

I'm interested but in Central California during that week for a meeting. If you can do it that weekend I'm in.
