I look on multiple websites to get more information on my market and obtaining more information to keep my clients well informed. Its very time consuming and at times I'm not finding the right information or I don't know what to look for. Any suggested sites or resources that I can utilize to better help my clients?

@Daniel Cuevas

If you haven't read this blog it could be helpful. https://www.biggerpockets.com/renewsblog/2015/05/10/invest-out-of-state-how-to-analyze-a-city/

Also brandon hall wrote an updated one herehttps://www.therealestatecpa.com/2016/11/05/analyze-new-market-rental-property-investing/

Another idea would to be to talk to the records office about land use action I believe most of that is public.

cheers!
