I spent some time going thru the financials. I wish I had not.

Citigroup

3.7 percent coverage, meaning in a bank run, above 3.8 percent is out of money

Does the fed and the FDIC have $745.157 Billion Dollars to pump into CITI?

While I doubt the banks will have a run of that sort, Imagine if it did.......

That is 2.9 Trillion Dollars that they really do not have. That is why they are too big to fail. per guidelines, they should have been taken down already.

This is fixable, with bold action, without bold action
