Any West End Atlanta, GA advice for out of state investor?

We currently own 6 rentals in the Denver Metro area (condos/townhouses). These units were all purchased prior to 2008 and do well. We want to increase our cash flows with more units, however do not feel confident buying into the frenzy that is Denver. One of the areas we are considering as far as an out of state investment is the west end of Atlanta. Does anyone have any insight on this area. Anyone from Denver feel the same way and thinking of out of state investing or have you found a way to make it work here? Thanks for any help!
