Median Prices Edge Lower in September

I know as a real estate broker, the stereotype is that I should be wailing and gnashing my teeth and crying "OH NOES!".  Nope, instead I'm thinking "opportunities".  Maybe some buyers that couldn't buy before will be able to, maybe I'll spot some great new investments.  Every market is a good market to someone.
