Dear BP members,

I read above article this evening posted by Tom O'Grady , a member under a group that I subscribe to and I believe that this is very intuitive and a must-read by all investors.

One of the highlights is the recovery of the housing market  in the US and that in 2014, "San Francisco and San Rafael, CA as well as Seattle, WA were each featured in the top ten for six months of the year. Houston, San Antonio and Lubbock, TX also had strong indicators and were featured in the top ten five times throughout the year"
