I’m looking forward to moving to Atlanta next year in June. For those of you who do Real Estate in Georgia, how is the market over there? Is investing in Single Family Homes for rental income better in in Atlanta or surrounding towns like Decatur? Looking for any input, not just for Single Family Homes. Thanks! - Native New Yorker
