future of commercial multifamily properties

Largely unaffected up until now, multifamily real estate is beginning to feel the pressure. Most notably rising interest rates, higher operating costs, and $1 trillion in debt coming due in the next 18 months. Do you think commercial multifamily prices will rise or fall within the next 5 years?

Is there enough demand to keep prices steady?
Is there anything the fed can / will do to ease the pressure?
What other factors should be considered?

Curious as to what the current sentiment is throughout BP!
