Favorite Networking Events in Houston?

Hey everyone. I'm looking to find out what your favorite networking events in Houston are. I currently live in Denver where we have a great real estate community that connects all over town. However, I'm from Houston and plan to start investing out there again. I'm interested in meeting great wholesalers, property managers, agents, you name it. I come out there quite often and would love to connect while I'm out there. Not looking for anything formal or presentations. Chill vibe at a bar where we talk about our goals, experiences, and how we can help eachother out. Appreciate any recommendations!
