What are your thoughts on Livingston, TX?  Any insight on the growth there?

Andy

To be honest I don't know much about it. But what I do know is that it's a small rural town with only 5,000 people with not much to do. I mean you may find a builder or two building some new homes out there. But I heard alot of older people with money from like California are buying big homes like over $400,000 out there. I'm more familiar with Montgomery County and its booming with development. Conroe, spring, magnolia, Tomball, the woodlands ect. Even huntsville tx if your thinking more rural.

I'm not surprised by this article! Conroe is growing rapidly! There are so much construction and new developments around me! In my subdivision and around my neighborhood! The entire area is full of development! I love to see it! I just thought I would share! Check the article out below!

I only see them located in Austin TX and Round Rock. Are there any physical offices in Houston?

Quote from @Basit Siddiqi:

1) Reach out to a couple of BP members who are real estate agents and located in Houston to see what brokerage they are apart of.
2) Select the brokerage that you feel would give you the best learning opportunity even if it means giving up a larger split.

No need for a mentor, just a good work environment that will allow you to learn and thrive.

Best of luck.

Ok I will definitely try that! Thank you!

I have been an agent for almost a year now. I really want to focus on investors and also plan to become an investor myself. I have already started learning about investing.  I need a mentor(who is also an investor themselves)  that can guide me through working with investors. (Show me the ropes). Just someone I can trust and talk to throughout my journey. I'm really serious about this. I have long term goals and dreams. I have been trying to do everything on my own. But I could really used the help to make sure I am going in the right direction. I'm having a hard time finding someone willing to do this in my area.
