OK I'm sure I'm so so soooooo late to this party but have any of my fellow Columbus OH investors driven past the Woodcliff neighborhood in Whitehall lately?  I admit I don't make it further east than Bexely much these days but I went to 2 tones brewing last night with my wife and about crashed the car when we drove by. The entire 300 unit development is entirely fenced off and abandoned.  can't even pull a car into the entrance.  My wife had heard of Woodcliff and promptly pulled up an article detailing the demise of the area, and the purchase of the property for 10 million by the city of whitehall in 2019.

If you are in the central OH area, and have not been past it recently, its worth driving by... It is one of the most insane things I've ever seen in person.  Truly haunting, in the best way.  I'd also be curious if anyone in this BP community has any idea what the plans for the redevelopment are? The articles I've found claim that demo has started and that the start of the new development is slated for some time 2023.  But to me it looks like the first ever house hacking specific community in the country waiting to be 3d printed....so you know color me very intrigued!
