Birmingham, AL - what are the best neighborhoods in the city?

Depending upon your price point. I have been selling for last 15 years. For most investors who are unde 100k per unit are going in Bessemer, Hueytown, Midfield, and Centerpoint. From 100-250k you'd go to Pelham, Calera, Alabaster, Chelsea, Gardendale and Fultondale.
