Big Bear vacation rental (STR)

Hey everyone! I'm scheduled to close tomorrow on a 2ba/1ba house in Big Bear City. The house is super clean and cute but I want to update it and make it a smart home. It's already registered with SBC as an STR that I will need to register it under my LLC. This will be my first vacation rental. I welcome any suggestions, ideas, handyman service and housekeeping contacts. Also, what are the pros/cons of a management company? I hear it can get a bit pricey. Thanks in advance!😊

HI Renee, curious how your place is doing for you!  I am considering a purchase with a very similar sounding property and location.  Did you go with a mgmt service?  Hows the occupancy been?  :)
