Best Markets For New Investors

Jason Hill
Posted

I am a new investor and because I live in Nashville there really isn't much hope for someone in my position to have a chance in this market. I am just looking for some opinions on the best up and coming markets around the country to invest in long distance for cash-flow. I have already seen posts on the BP Forums about Columbus, Indianapolis, Cincinnati, Des Moines, Etc but just wanted to find more Markets to look into. Any help is greatly appreciated, Thanks!

I'm in Ohio, and the Midwest has been doing well for real estate cash flow and appreciation.
