ISO resource/map for where STR's are allowed across the US
Hi,
I've tried searching past discussions in the forums for this info, but am not seeing anything current. I'm trying to puchase a sfh in the Dallas-Ft. Worth general area and would like the option to convert it to a str in a year or 2. I read that str's have been banned in Ft. Worth, Arlington except in restricted areas. How can I find out where they are allowed in each city/state, not only in Texas, but in other states as well? I also tried searching the city of Ft. Worth website for example and am coming up empty.

You're going to have to identify the areas that you think would work as a business and then go to that cities website and check out their restrictions if any. There is no easy way. Asking on here will help, but many people may not want to share the primo areas.
