Market trends - Wheres this market going? To the moon? Recession?

Hello everyone,

So I'm sure everyone out there that buys and sells property pretty often or is in the real estate industry has noticed prices sky rocketing and above ask offers seem the norm as well. At what point will it end? Is this trend going to be around for much longer or are we on the cusp of a correction of sorts?.... I'd love to hear what your thoughts are.

Thanks

In my market of Columbus, Ohio, as long as the population and jobs continue to grow as tech companies are moving in, the housing shortage gap will take a long time to lessen so prices should at least stabilize or continue to grow.
