When will we see effects of the Feds cutting the interest rate?

When will we see the effects on real estate prices from the Feds cutting the interest rate?

Are you seeing it now?

Will we see it 3 months from now? 6 months from now?

I'm sure it won't be close to 2007-2010 (when a $200k house came down to $150k), but how drastic of a price reduction are you predicting? 5% decrease? 10% decrease? 15% decrease?

I'm basically talking averages here, because we know that we see price reductions ever day. If interest rates aren't enough to drive prices down, how long after COVID ends are you predicting that supply (material shortages severely decreasing to pre-COVID levels) meets the demand?
