First investment property in Ocean Springs MS

Hello everyone! My husband and I are buying our first property in Ocean Springs MS. We are out of state and can’t really drive around to look at the neighborhood. 
Is someone familiar with the area that can help give us some feedback? The property is located on 103 Grand Teton

@Stephen Johnston that’s amazing to hear! The house has a washer/dryer closet but there is no washer hookup at the moment. The washer is in the kitchen instead so I am looking to add a washer hookup in that closet and a dishwasher. Other than that, we need to clean out the HVAC but the house was painted already so we don’t have too much to do.
