Investment Info:

Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment in Oklahoma City.

Purchase price: $150,000
Cash invested: $40,000

Purchased a Midcentury Duplex in 2018. Househacked it for almost 3 years. Now it cash flows $1,200 per month and has about $80,00 in equity.

@Doug Spence It's in NW OKC. We are looking to do another house hack or single family with garage apartment. Our search criteria for house hacking is pretty narrow though. My son started school, so we are working with specific school districts now. I'm going to be knocking doors in the district looking for an off market deal.
