Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment in Kissimmee.

Purchase price: $209,000
Cash invested: $65,000

Beautiful .25 acres country feel home private feel.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

My wife and i was looking for a private oasis

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

My wife found this deal thru realtor.com and she forwarded it to our agent

How did you finance this deal?

So i have no work paystubs w-2 and i have to go thru a hard lender for a commercial loan

How did you add value to the deal?

Adding furnishings and minor touch ups in order to short term rent it.

What was the outcome?

i am able to make money renting it on Airbnb.

Lessons learned? Challenges?

when assigning an inspector make sure they test the water.

Absolutely .
