Investment Info:

Single-family residence fix & flip investment.

Purchase price: $170,000
Cash invested: $13,000
Sale price: $190,000

Thought this townhouse would be a bigger hit that it was. Had unexpected issues come up during rehab and the market didn't respond like we thought it would Bought it 50/50 with a partner we'll lose a few bucks each on it.
