First ever fix and...flop!

Investment Info:

Single-family residence fix & flip investment.

Purchase price: $105,000
Cash invested: $55,000
Sale price: $174,000

This was our first fix and flip adventure. We spent way too much on the rehab and yet didn't address everything we should have addressed. No money was made, many lessons were learned.
