Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment in Bremerton.

Purchase price: $297,000
Cash invested: $1,500
Sale price: $408,000

Held as a Buy and Hold, then noticed the opportunity to take advantage of the appreciation to invest in other areas.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

The rental market in the area.

It was a new build. Negotiated closing costs.
