@Matthew Irish-Jones The situation is for acquiring 2 separate properties. After the traditional financing deal closes, it will be difficult to get qualified for an additional traditional financing loan. So for the second acquisition I am thinking of the HML.

Question for those with more experience. I am thinking about getting a hard money loan for a property while I am under contract for another property with traditional financing. Would the hard money loan affect my closing of the property under contract with traditional financing? Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Does anyone have a recommendation for pool repair contractor/company in the Warner Robins, GA area? I am also looking for recommendations for an electrician, plumber, and HVAC technician. Any info would be helpful!

@Kirk Catt How are rents looking in the Warner Robins area? I know it is located near a military base, do you mainly have military tenants for the market?

Does anyone have a recommendation for a home inspector near the Warner Robins, GA area? I am looking to get a home inspected during my due diligence period and would like a reputable company in the area who someone has previously worked with. Any information is much appreciated.
