Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $87,000
Cash invested: $300,000

Purchased single family home requiring gut rehab. Launching as an STR in Oct 2021. Also added pool to backyard and 2/2 ADU with bedrooms and J&J BA on 2nd floor. Living area/kitchen/pool-accessible full bathroom are on 1st floor.

Guests can rent both units to have 7 bedrooms on the property as well as exclusive use of cabana/pool/ADU or just one of the units and share this with another set of guests.
