A single family we bought off the MLS. We paid the buyers agents commission to get this deal done!

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

We have 14 in the neighborhood and have a goal of getting to 25 this year

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

On the MLS and through an agent

How did you finance this deal?

Private Money

How did you add value to the deal?

Light rehab work, $3500

What was the outcome?

already rented although the rehab isn't done!

Lessons learned? Challenges?

Pay the buyer's agent's commission and let the listing agent keep the whole thing

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

Yes, my father Steve Moorhead
