Rental Property Deal, Any Suggestions?
Picked up a lead off my website, fairly motivated seller, selling do to medical issues, Residential Home, 3/2 1600sq ft, I can get this home for about 10k-15k dollars below market value, comps are coming in at 95k-110k. Owner has a current renter @ $1100 a month, wanting to stay in the home... Maybe a possible owner finance situation with owner. He has some equity built into it so he has some room to negotiate... he wouldn't tell me how much equity. Any Suggestions?
