[Calc Review] Help me analyze this deal

*This link comes directly from our calculators, based on information input by the member who posted. It is a fourplex that is 3 bedroom 3 bath per unit. It is renting for $700 each. It should be around $900 but it will be several years before I can get it to market value. The leases just renewed for another year at $700 each. Good deal or not?
