I am looking  for someone who has experience in investing in mobile home and rv parks. I am currently looking for deals in this niche and would love to just talk with someone or possibly partner with someone on a deal.

Thanks for the feedback.I probably should get some current numbers for tax and insurance. I didn’t put in vacancy because all 4 units are rented by one company and has been for years. It is actually townhouses that are individually metered.

*This link comes directly from our calculators, based on information input by the member who posted. It is a fourplex that is 3 bedroom 3 bath per unit. It is renting for $700 each. It should be around $900 but it will be several years before I can get it to market value. The leases just renewed for another year at $700 each. Good deal or not?
