Hey, I'm thinking of join a real estate investor group in Northwest Arkansas. I found one that have a membership fee of around $150 a year for two people. Anyone want in the area that want to split the fee with me? 

Hey @Ryan Faber I just know saw this. It's been great, I was able to put a good tenant in there so it worked out well. They been there for about 2 years now. How about yourself? how is the market treating you this year?
