Process development when 3 or 4 partners working together

I have a pretty solid team built around me. All 7 figure earners in the Nashville area and we have put together close to 12 deals from wholesale, HPRs, rehabs, and so on. The high earners are extremely successful working separately but in the new partnership I’m really trying to build systems and processes of organization.

I would love to connect with anyone in the Nashville area a hear any advice on setting those up.
