Based out of Nashville, TN but aggressively looking anywhere within 100 miles of the area for major rehabs. We have plenty of cash on hand and would love to pay well. Have about 20 doors in northern Alabama and rapidly trying to expand! Anything comes up we would love to put any contractors on jobs that you can bring to the table.

A job well done is worth the price 10 out of 10 times!

Looking to connect with as many realtors and brokers as possible in the Huntsville, AL area. We have about 20 doors in the area as of now but we would like to expand that fo 50 by spring of next year. Property managers are already in place and are phenomenal (they double as our contractors for rehabs). Cash and price on homes are not a problem. We are phonetically aggressive with picking up projects in the Huntsville surrounding areas.

I build digital digital assets for companies (lead gen, CRM and project management) I will happily underwrite or put my skill set to work for you and your teams.

@Caleb Brown Continue running the digital asset and lead generation for my team. Be the best underwriter possible (because money is easy to find), and start accumulating doors. I could go deeper into the buying criteria but I wont take your time with that! Goal retire by 35 (7 years).

The extremely simplified version is If can become a phonemail underwriter of any size deal I will always be able to find the money to fund it. 

I have a solid team with a massive amount of experience and honestly capital as well. I have run the back end (digital asset) side of our business up until this point. I want to get more out in front.

The goal is to acquire multi family properties 10+ unit through different means. I can elaborate on specific criteria, but I wont take your time with that. I know if I can show the numbers and they work well I already have the investors waiting. But being able to run the numbers on properties that are profitable and being able to show that is a whole different story.

I'm at zero underwriting experience. I would like to be affluent.
