Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $100,000
Cash invested: $20,000

I am looking, everyday, for a property that is less than 100,000 that I can fix up and rent out! Using the books by Brandon Turner, this podcast, and this website to build my knowledge and preparedness. I have a down payment and am ready to get involved!!!

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I have always wanted to start my own business, but didn’t know what to do. I have done plenty of research and have enough construction experience to be comfortable getting involved in this industry. I think one of the biggest things holding me back was fear. I am turning that fear to excitement my learning!

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Still looking!

How did you finance this deal?

Not sure yet.

How did you add value to the deal?

Going to renovate.
