Advise on how to split this deal
So I have been researching and found a house off market for 80k. My plan would be just to buy it and stick a sign in the front yard for 100k. I am very familiar with the area and it should go quick. I don’t have that money so I was going to refer it to another investor in the area. I would handle all the showings and answering phone calls. I don’t know what is a fair ask to split the profits. Or should I ask for a flat fee?
