Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $120,000
Cash invested: $30,000

Successfully bought and renovated a single family home in booming East Ridge TN, just next to the beautiful grounds of Camp Jordan park. Purchase price and renovation totaled approximately $150,000. In early 2021 the house has been appraised at approximately $300,000.
