Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $228,000

Single family home that was leased out to college students for $2200 m/o. Going to house hack, renting out the other 2 rooms, renovate and move on after 1 year.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Low rates and high rent.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

I found it through realtor.com and then negotiated a deal through my real estate agent.

How did you finance this deal?

I financed through the VA loan with 0 down and negotiated sellers pay all commissions and fees.

How did you add value to the deal?

currently working on it.
