Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment in Cleveland.

Purchase price: $36,500
Cash invested: $36,500

I made the decision that I was going to start investing in real estate in 2021 with a focus on cash flow.

As my first investment property, I was looking for a few things: 1) An opportunity to work with a group that could walk me through as much of the process as possible 2) To get experience with the rehab and refinance process 2) Relatively low financial risk. I worked with a turnkey group that found the deal, handled the rehab, and manages the property.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

A former college teammate

How did you finance this deal?
