Single-family residence buy & hold investment in Austin.

Purchase price: $219,000
Cash invested: $55,000

Cash flow income property in a gentrifying neighborhood of E. Austin. Rent is 1,550 a month- 2 year lease. Current Market Value of the property is $320K.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Wanting to build equity growth and cash flow.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

FSBO property- so there was an advantage of not having to deal with many other offers since it was not on the MLS

How did you finance this deal?
