Investment Info:

Single-family residence fix & flip investment in Mooresville.

Purchase price: $248,000
Cash invested: $3,500
Sale price: $290,000

I did a quick flip on this home in a great neighborhood in NW Portland Oregon. Very little upfront cost and not a lot of work need. It was mostly just cosmetic repairs. New carpet, counter tops throughout, and all new paint. New marble fireplace surround and front entrance marble floors. Spruced up the front and back yard as well.
