Investment Info:

Single-family residence fix & flip investment.

Purchase price: $110,500
Cash invested: $31,000
Sale price: $238,000

This was a charming home on Court Rd in Onalaska with a stunning before and after. It started as a 2BR 1 Bath 1172 sq ft. We installed an egress window as well as a bathroom in the basement so we we converted to a 3BR 2 Bath with laundry room and entertainment space and ended a little over 2000 sq ft. It was a full remodel inside and out with rustic flare and modern touches. There are brand new cabinets, appliances, water heater, HVAC, windows, custom concrete countertops, original hardwood floors, tile bathroom, tile kitchen backsplash, and huge backyard to let your imagination run wild, Just to name a few. To top it off this home was equipped with all sorts of gadgets to classify it as a smart home.
