Just rented out my 4th house...closing on #5 in a few weeks

I just returned from the lease signing for my 4th SFH...Im on cloud nine!!! So far I have 4 great families in my four houses and I have a good feeling they are all going to be there for awhile. All this in 10 months....and I am closing on my 5th house in about 2 weeks!!

I was not sure I was in the right niche with SFH, but the low management time and ease of finding good tenants has showed me otherwise. Not sure I want to do multi family at all...I also run a full time business so real estate truly has to be more of a passive deal.

I plan on taking a break after number five and paying down some mortgages / HELOC.

THANKS BP...Everyone has been a tremendous help.

Anyone nervous to take that first plunge (as I was)...all I can say is -- just jump.

Craig
