Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment in Arvada.

Purchase price: $307,000
Cash invested: $60,000

Bought this house as a primary residence for myself, wife and dog. stumbled into househacking by renting out basement to traveling physical therapy students, listened to BiggerPockets, educated ourselves on all thins real estate investing, changed our lives, fully turned property into rental and bought the next one! This house is the beginning of big things!
