Thanks all!  @Joseph Vu purchased off of MLS with the assistance of Curt Davis from BuyMemphisNow Turnkey properties. Purchase price of 105K with 20%down. Currently renting at 950per month with a 10%CoC. In the process of getting PMs at this time.
