SFH to Quad using VA loan.
I can get a VA loan so I think I can get a SFH to a quad and live in one of the units.
I currently live in SFH where I rent out 3 rooms which cash flows nicely.
I was thinking about getting another property and living in it & then renting out as many rooms as is reasonable. I seem to get higher rents by renting out separate rooms vs. the whole house.
Any Advice/thoughts?
Best Regards - Kirk
