Investment Info:

Single-family residence fix & flip investment in Germantown.

Purchase price: $170,000
Sale price: $250,000

Awesome little wholetail deal we completed. Found the deal, locked it up, and then sold it to another investor.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Wanted to flip it and make some quick profit.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Used AmericanTracers.com to find the owner’s phone number and we cold called the owner.

How did you finance this deal?

I used a Private Hard Money Lender on this deal. He funded $175,000 for a quick 4 day flip.

How did you add value to the deal?

Zero Value. Bought low and sold high.
