Single-family residence fix & flip investment in Holt.
Purchase price: $34,000
Cash invested: $6,000
Procured an investor for this deal and I live in the house while I’m fixing it up.
What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Sweat equity and some experience with home improvement but I learn best by doing such as here.
