@Myreim Mhirit - The most challenging part is Money raising, Since it is syndication and 506B only friends and family we can raise unlike 506c rule where we can go for advertisement in social media. Myself and 2 other partners together we could raise 8.5M for this deal. Infact it was over subscribed in the final stage!!
