Yes it is...we are not new to the game and we own around 2000 units across different markets (all are doing good for my investors) and have experience in managing these kind of big properties for the past 7yrs. So it is another property added to our portfolio..still scouting for bigger than this size  to get in to contract soon.

Thanks a lot for your wishes!! Thats a long checklist we have during the due diligence. usually 3rd party company along with my property management company did that combine effort. Yes it includes all the fees like attorney, 3rd party inspection company etc...

@Myreim Mhirit - The most challenging part is Money raising, Since it is syndication and 506B only friends and family we can raise unlike 506c rule where we can go for advertisement in social media. Myself and 2 other partners together we could raise 8.5M for this deal. Infact it was over subscribed in the final stage!!
