Fantastic small market deal, bought with long term tenant in place, rent to purchase price ratio 1.7%.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Someone came to one of my meetups really wanted to invest, we developed a relationship and due to overseas funding circumstances, I found a great way to invest while living abroad.

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

Great agent in this town named Kuttan, works for Coldwell. Look him up!
