Hello all... How long did it take for you to find your very 1st property? Having a hard time finding my first flip/hack property!

Took me about 2 months, which involved several places falling through after some significant issues that we didn't want to deal with came up on the home inspections. I know 2 months isn't long at all, but I would've waited much longer if it meant I could avoid ending up with a deal that I regretted. Like others are saying, patience is so important!
